FILTER BAGS
Filter bags are a widely used and economical solution for liquid filtration across various industries. Designed for both batch operations and continuous high-flow systems, they deliver reliable performance in capturing impurities. With micron ratings ranging from 0.5µ to 400µ, they offer flexibility for fine to coarse filtration. For more demanding applications, multilayer filter bags provide enhanced efficiency, achieving filtration rates of over 90% for superior contaminant removal.

The filter bags are developed with 100% fibers of polypropylene, free of any glues or resins which may interfere in the performance of these polypropylene fibers These filter bags are also made to conform to NSF and FDA for food contact.
The bags are made using monofilament nylon fibers to attain the desired filtration level. They are suitable in applications that involve extremely high temperatures and pressures and are commonly used in industries that involve fine filtration
We manufacture and supply filter bags in a variety of materials and sizes to suit diverse filtration needs. Available sizes include 4"x10", 4"x17", 4"x20", 6"x20", 7"x17", and 7"x32". Micron ratings range from 1 to 200, including 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 150, and 200 µm, offering precise filtration for various applications.
They are invidiously selected in view of their excellent chernical abrasion, and high-temperature resistance Polyester bags are used for filtration processes and suit a wide range of needs -both surface and depth filtration.

ACTIVATED CARBON
Granular activated carbon, often abbreviated to GAC, is high purity form of carbon characterised by its vast surface area and is used in many purification applications in both the liquid and gas phase. Particle sizes of the granules typically range from around 0.2mm up to 5mm. DUST COLLECTOR BAGS
The filter bags are the heart of any dust collector / bag house. Its quality and performance defines the efficiency of the dust recovery and pollution control. The application industries cement, steel, power include plants, pharmaceutical, incinerators, ceramic, salt processing, metallurgical, welding fumes, graphite, shot blasting etc.
PLEATED DUST COLLECTOR BAGS
The pleated bags can be retro-fitted in existing bag collectors, increasing the air volume passing through each bag. The pleated bags are a novel concept for dust collection. This product is made of very high quality spun bonded polyester, which can give cleaning efficiency of upto 99.999% for dust particles as small as 0.3 micron. The media is coated with PTFE to handle sticky dusts.
PLEATED DUST COLLECTOR CARTRIDGES
Pleated Dust Collector Cartridges are basically customised pleated bags. These cartridges can be provided in diameters of 150/225/325mm with lengths upto 2000mm. The area per cartridge can range from 0.96 to 20 sq mtrs per cartridge. These are manufactured with either SS or MS top and bottom.
SOLENOID VALVE
Solenoid Valve are used to pulse compressed air in reverse pulse jet type dust collectors. These are right angled type valves with inlet and outlet ports at 90deg to each other. available in standard sizes of %", 1", 1/2", 2". The coils can be provided with 24V DC or 230V AC configurations.
